Mike runs a great bike tour! We enjoyed the Ladybird Lake tour and got to see so much in the 2.5 hours. Mike is very knowledgable about the city of Austin and keeps things light and casual throughout and can tailor the tour based on the group's needs. Also the bikes were in great shape which made for a smooth ride.

We rented bikes for 24 hours and Mike delivers and picks up from wherever you’re staying and if you’re within 7 miles of the address posted on his website, it’s free which worked out awesome for us! Mike even let us keep the bikes a few extra hours at no charge the next day so we could take another mid morning bike ride. Will definitely rent from him when in town again!

Next time I'm in Austin and need a bike, I will definitely be using Mike's Bikes & Tours. Mike's customer service is top-notch. The day I booked my bike rental, he actually reached out via text and told me I might want to consider a Large frame instead of the Medium I had thought I needed (he was right). And he also provides a helmet and lock with the bike and personally dropped it all off to me at my Airbnb. Not only that, but he suggested some solid routes for me to take. Really appreciate it, Mike.

I wish I would have started my Austin vacation with this trip - it checked off a lot of items my "to do" list and the hints and places to go to were a plus. I would have loved to go back to Barton Springs to swim, and also had the experiences at the other eateries he talked about - some of which were not open on my last day in Austin. La Barbecue kicked a$$! Such a good experience!

Great ride! We enjoyed Mike's laid back but informative tour. We stopped frequently enough for photo ops and questions but also covered a lot of ground! A highlight was a peek into the Capitol building and insight into Austin's history and all of its green space. A great way to see the city on a first trip.

My bike was delivered and picked up on time; communication was great. He brought two bikes for me to choose from and made sure everything was adjusted, tires were full of air, and chain was lubed. My bike was comfortable to ride with suspension and disc brakes. Came with lights and lock, I could have had a helmet too, but I had brought my own.

I was in Austin for a few days, and wanted to ride a few trails. Mountain bike was pretty much exactly what is shown on the web page, and was just fine for some of the easier trails around Austin (like green parts of Brushy Creek Regional trail and Walnut Creek). Perfect for a casual "take it easy" ride outdoors. Bike was delivered without any trouble, and great price, too!

Mike gave my family of 5 a great tour of the downtown parks - Barton Pool and Springs and Lady Bird Lake. We stopped at several points of interest and Mike was able to give us interesting facts along the way. We also went into downtown into the Capitol grounds and went inside the Capitol building. It was a lot of fun and Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Austin area and it’s history. Highly recommend this tour!

Mike was great, he was waiting for us upon our arrival and made sure that we were safe on our bikes and that the fit was the correct one. We enjoyed being his only customers for the tour and he was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he showed us and where he took us. He was very careful with all the pedestrians, joggers, dog walkers, bikers, and runners as it was quite crowded, being a Saturday morning. We had a great time!

The owner and tour guide was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed his jokes!!. The 2 1/2 hour bike tour appealed to all age levels in our group from pre-teen, teenager to 60's and 70's. The tour of downtown Austin was very comprehensive!! The bicycles and helmets were fitted for each of us. The restroom and water breaks were sufficient. A memorable afternoon for our family, a needed adventure during this pandemic season!

Knowledgeable Guide, Quality/Well Maintained Bikes and a Beautiful Route. This tour was over all outstanding. The address given to meet for the tour was spot on and the guide arrived early for the tour orientation/rules. The guide took us to several different picturesque spots and stopped for photos; the guide even took photos of us when we requested it. A+ for customer service and quality. I would recommend this bike tour company and this tour in particular.

Mike delivered two bikes for my wife and I to ride around our new neighborhood where we are building a home and to ride in the Veloway Park in Austin. We are new to biking, but I recently committed to adding it to our activities on the weekend by purchasing a rack from Rack Outfitters in Austin. The rack was installed on Friday and my wife and I were out riding Sunday. Mike picked the bikes up at our temporary home later Sunday evening.
